At least Google Maps just works.
Usually, it is Google releasing products before they are polished. Not Apple. Going live with their “map” product in its current state is certainly a bold, innovative new move for Apple.
…the more people use it, the better it will get.
Usually statements like this come from the open source community. Not companies providing high end consumer electronics with the price to match which in Steve Job’s own words, “Just work”.
