Thinking of Microsoft and open platforms at the same time is still odd
I bet iMessage works as well for Apple as Ping. It is a strange time when Microsoft looks more open with a messaging product that is available across different platforms and works with different systems. However, when you compare it to Apple, I guess it seems less surprising.
